Meet the Doctor and Staff

Rock Bridge DoctorEric R. Poehlein, DC

Dr. Poehlein graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in the fall of 2009. While at PCC, he served as the president of the Palmer Golf Team. Dr. Poehlein received his Master’s degree in business administration from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri in 2003. He served as a graduate assistant coach under Dan Palmer for the William Woods University men and women’s varsity soccer teams. He received his BA in natural sciences from Columbia College in 1999. While at Columbia College, Dr. Poehlein also served as a student athletic trainer under John Barknecht ATC, which allowed him to work with athletes and their injuries from various sports and venues. Dr. Poehlein is lifelong lover of sports and the outdoors and grew up with a ball in his hand or at his feet. This love for sports and passion for helping people has created the perfect opportunity for Dr. Poehlein to make a difference in the lives and health of the Columbia community.

Today Dr. Poehlein lives in Columbia with his wife Molly and his three young children Aiden, Madeline, and Miles. They enjoy music, playtime, and taking walks in the wonderful parks of Mid-Missouri.

Taylor is a chiropractic assistant here at Rock Bridge Chiropractic. Though originally from Illinois, Taylor is a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia with a major in English and a double minor in business and psychology. She would like to pursue a future career in publishing. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys reading, writing, and baton twirling.
